How can you participate?

Attending events at the Institute

All events are free and open to all but registration is required before attending. If you would like to attend a specific event, check the Events calendar where you will find the contact details of the organisers for each seminar or workshop. Please contact the organisers directly to enquire about attendance. In some case, numbers may be restricted and IAS and its programme organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to non-registered visitors.

Joining a programme's online community

Each programme has a dedicated page on this website where you will find general information about the theme and aims of the programmes and details about their activities. This information is accessible to all visitors of the IAS website. Each programme also has a document repository which contains presentations, briefing papers or documents circulated among the participants of a programme.

To access these documents, you will need to join the IAS online community and register your interest with a specific programme.  To register your interest with a programme, please go the Programme Menu and select the programme you wish to join. This will take you to the Programme's page where you can click on Register for access to the group and document repository. You will then b asked to enter a username and password which will allow to view all documents placed in the repository for the chosen programme.

Please note that registering your interest with a particular online group does not guarantee participation in the events organised by that programme. Please contact the organisers of an event directly to enquire about attendance.
